Plans need to be made well in advance as we are restricted, by law, as to the amount of events that can be held in any one year. (Bureaucrats, they need something to do don't they?)

As a rule, smaller events like birthday parties are normally cost prohibitive. The cost of water and toilet facilities alone starts at around £ 300
